Executive Hotel

Located right in front of one of the city’s main shopping malls, this hotel establishment was created to provide lodging for young executives, and the 800m2 plot merited to be fully and rationally exploited.

The concept would be very comfortable rooms in few meters squared, so that the greater part of the surface area could be destined to support and guest services.

In order to distribute the common areas, we proposed a double-height lobby that connects to the street through large windows and a terrace, and where the spaces are spatially connected amongst themselves. A tower above houses the rooms, where the windows serve to define each one of them as a single unit.

A partner architecture studio, NOU Arquitectos, was in charge of the interior design. Their specialists affirmed the client’s focus on the aforementioned sub-niche (young executives), with the incorporation of modern-design, contemporary furniture, in neutral tones and cold materials, and in harmony with the warmth provided by the wood.

The double-height lobby and integrated corner café were placed in the bottom floor. The meeting rooms and administrative offices were set in balconies in the mezzanine, overlooking the bottom floor.

The rooftop gives way to spacious terrace and an infinity pool with an open view o the city.
